Relationship between root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita and growth/yield of Trachyspermum ammi

, : Relationship between root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita and growth/yield of Trachyspermum ammi. Current Nematology 3(1): 35-38

Seedlings of T. ammi were inoculated with 50, 250, 500, 2500, 5000, 7500 or 10 000 J2 of M. incognita in a pot experiment. There was a decrease in plant length, and fresh and dry weight of root and shoot with increasing inoculum density.
