Stability analysis for seed yield and shoot nitrogen in greengram (Phaseolus radiatus)

Information on stability parameters is derived from data on shoot nitrogen content, sampled at peak flowering, and seed yield in 20 genotypes of greengram (P. radiatus grown at Lam, Andhra Pradesh during 1987-89 (a total of 6 environments; winter vs. rainy season and uplands vs. rice fallows). Genotypes stable for seed yield were not stable for shoot N and vice versa.
