Study of the date of change in fertility in the photosensitive genetically male sterile rice Nong Ken 58s in Zhengzhou

Henan Nongye Kexue ( 1): 6-7

The critical photoperiod for change to male sterility in this photosensitive male-sterile line proved to be 13.75 to 14 h. The date at which this change occurred in regions of China higher than latitude 32 degrees N was tested with a view to practical utilization of the line in Zhengzhou (34 degrees 49' N).
