Study of the rural share-holding economy in Guangdong Province

Chinese Rural Economy ( 7): 40-44

This paper first discusses three reasons why various rural shareholding firms have emerged in Guangdong Province, China. Firstly, the shareholding economy is an objective requirement for developing the rural production force and commodity economy. Secondly, further rural reform needs the stock system.
