The politics of partnerships: farm women and farm land, Ontario

In a context of both deepening crisis in Canadian agriculture and of an increasing politicization of women's insecurity in the rural environment in the 1980s, this paper explores the ways in which farm women in Eastern Ontario have organized around the issue of restructuring the family farm.
