The use of electrophoretic profile of RNA to differentiate Trypanosoma brucei from T. congolense

It is reported that Trypanosoma congolense can be differentiated from T. brucei, T. gambiense and T. rhodesiense by comparison of the electrophoretic profile of their RNAs. No significant difference was found between T. brucei and T. vivax.
