The use of film reagents in veterinary medicine: comparison with a liquid reagent method in the analysis of canine blood samples
Blood samples from 75 dogs were analysed by a system using film reagents (Vet Test System) and a conventional method using liquid reagents. 17 parameters were studied: glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, calcium, phosphorus, total protein, albumin, magnesium, AST, ALT, GGT, amylase, LDH, CK and ALKP.
