, : The use of meteorological data for potato leaf blight forecasting in Denmark. SP Rapport ( 7): 183-192

A potato late blight (Phytophthora infestans) forecasting model (NEGFRY) based on simulation studies in Denmark and using historical meteorological and biological data is described. The model is a combination of 2 existing models, a negative prognosis model for forecasting the date of the first fungicide application and the FRY model for calculation of weather dependent spraying intervals. Results obtained in 1993 using the model are presented.
