, : The use of physiological products in the control of Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith, 1797) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae). Anais da Sociedade Entomologica do Brasil 21(3): 261-266

An assay was carried out in Parana, Brazil, in 1989 to compare the effectiveness of the physiological insecticides chlorfluazuron at 12.5, 25.0, 37.5 and 50.0 g a.i., and diflubenzuron at 20.0 g a.i./ha with that of deltamethrin at 7.5 g a.i./ha against Spodoptera frugiperda on maize Pioneer 3230. Evaluations were carried out at 1, 3, 9 and 12 days after application.
