The use of the bactometer in microbiological laboratories in the milk processing industry

The use of the bactometer in microbiological laboratories in the milk processing industry

DMZ, Lebensmittelindustrie und Milchwirtschaft 115(9): 432-435

The value of the Bactometer to laboratories in the dairy industry is explained. The Bactometer system is a device based on impedance technology and is numbered among the rapid microbiological detection methods. Its application profile, significantly shorter analysis time and rapid response via the linked data processing unit make it particularly well suited to routine analysis and quality control in the dairy industry. Time-saving also brings financial advantages.
