Effect of growth promoters was studied in 40 Black and White Lowland bulls from 200 to 250 kg body weight in 4 groups. Controls (group 1) were given no promoter. Group 2 bulls were given Bovatec, 125 mg/day, group 3 Rumensin 125 mg/day and group 4 Flavomycin 30 mg/day. Quantities were doubled from 251 to 450 kg body weight.
