Abstract
The activity levels of superoxide dismutase (SD) and catalase were examined in the liver, muscle and gill tissues of fenvalerate intoxicated T. mossambica [Oreochromis mossambicus]. Cyanide sensitive SD activity was decreased significantly in those tissues of fenvalerate-exposed fish compared to controls. Catalase activity was also decreased in the order of gill > liver > muscle under fenvalerate intoxication.
