LABO-AZUCAR, an interactive program to estimate quality indicators in sugarcane juices

, : LABO-AZUCAR, an interactive program to estimate quality indicators in sugarcane juices. Cultivos Tropicales 14(2-3): 92-93

An approach is described for creating an interactive program for computing most of the indicators of sugarcane quality: pol % juice, pol % cane, purity, reducing sugars content and glucose ratio. The only input data required by the program are the refractometric Brix, temperature and polarimetric reading of juice.
