A sinapic acid ester from Boreava orientalis

Phytochemistry 35(6): 1481-1484

A new sinapic acid ester, 6-O-beta-D-(2'-O-sinapoyl)glucopyranosyl beta-D-(1,2-O-disinapoyl)glucopyranose, was identified from fruits of Boreava orientalis. Structural elucidation was carried out on basis of UV, mass, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data, including 2D shift correlation and selective INEPT experiments.
