Changes in ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase activities and 14CO2 fixation during the rooting of strawberry shoots in vitro

Changes in ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase activities and 14CO2 fixation during the rooting of strawberry shoots in vitro

Canadian Journal of Plant Science 74(4): 827-831

The activities of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase (Rubisco) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC) and the time course of 14CO2 fixation were investigated in strawberry Kent shoots 5, 10 and 28 days after transfer to a liquid rooting medium.
