A device for automatic control of spraying height using 5 ultrasonic sensors was developed for a 15-m boom sprayer mounted on a tractor. The control device comprises an 8 bit microprocessor and 3 interfaces: ultrasonic sensor measurement, hydraulic solenoid valve operation and switch input.
