, : Dengue fever and haemorrhagic dengue in infants with primary infection. Revista Cubana de Medicina Tropical 45(2): 97-101

The clinical manifestations of dengue virus infection and dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) in infants under 1 year of age who were infected during the 1981 Cuban epidemic are described. A retrospective study was carried out to determine whether the passive transfer of maternal dengue antibodies to the fetuses influenced the development of the disease.
