Effect of relative humidity in the culture vessel on the growth and shoot elongation of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) plantlets in vitro

Effect of relative humidity in the culture vessel on the growth and shoot elongation of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) plantlets in vitro

Journal of the Japanese Society for Horticultural Science 62(2): 413-417

Shoot length of potato plantlets decreased with decreasing RH up to day 8. There were no significant differences in dry weight per plantlet among the treatments.
