Effect of residual green gram (Vigna radiata L. Wilczek) after maize-wheat sequence on soil available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium

Results from field experiments with a rotation of wheat-maize in New Delhi, India, showed that the inclusion of Vigna radiata increased N availability by 12.6% in the control and by 3.7% in the largest wheat yield target.
