In a field experiment on a clay soil during the rainy season of 1990, green gram TAP 7 was given 0, 25, 50, 75 or 100% of the recommended N + P fertilizers given as urea and single superphosphate, respectively; and seeds were exposed to magnetic field strength of 2000 gauss, treated with a mixture of ammonium molybdate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, diammonium phosphate, succinic acid, potassium nitrate and iron oxide, or inoculated with Rhizobium.
