Three cultivars (T9, Sel 1 and Pant U26) were sown on 1, 16 or 31 July at 4 densities (0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6 million plants/ha). Data on seed yield, straw yield, total dry matter and pod yield were recorded.
