Effect of soils subjected to pollution from the Cubatao industrial estate on the germination of seeds of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) cv. Carioca-80

Soil samples were collected from an industrial estate and from the surrounding area with vegetation presenting different levels of degredation. Soils collected at an intermediate distance from the industrial estate had a negative effect on germination percentage and rate.
