Seed of B. decumbens Basilisk after storage at ambient or freezing temperatures for 0-20 months was maintained at ambient temperature or subjected to alternate temperature regimes of 50/5 degrees C for 12/24 h, 50/5 degrees or 60/5 degrees for 24/24 h, or chilled at 5 degrees for 15 d. Conditions of storage and pre-treatment had a significant effect on germination.
