Effect of storage duration and temperature on lactose content in yoghurt using Yates algorithm in interpretation of factorial design 3superscript 2

Effect of storage duration and temperature on lactose content in yoghurt using Yates algorithm in interpretation of factorial design 3superscript 2

Mljekarstvo 45(1): 11-17

In this article, using the results of a previous experiment (Vahcic, N. et al. Mljekarstvo (1994) 44 3 167-178), the Yates algorithm was used as a procedure for the interpretation of experimental data. The 2 factors were: time and temperature on 3 levels each.
