Oils were analysed in seeds of Alnus firmifolia, Abies religiosa, Cedrela odorata, Swietenia macrophylla and Cordia eleagnoides that had been stored for up to 3 months at room temperature or at 5 degrees C. Except in Abies religiosa, the percentage of seed oil declined during storage, with a greater decline at room temperature.
