Nitrogen Fixing Tree Research Reports 10: 165-166



The development of nodules was significantly reduced in potted seedlings of E. angustifolia by salt concentrations of as low as 0.5% NaCl. However, nitrogenase activity of the nodules was significantly reduced only by 1.5% NaCl (the highest concentration of salt tested).
