Estimation of daily milk yield from calving interval by first missing cumulative part lactation of red Sindhi cows

Studies on function, relationship between daily milk yield and calving interval (DMY/CI) and cumulative monthly milk yield (CMMY) help in determining the extent of variation in DMI/CI caused by cumulative part lactation yield. The aim of this study is to find out the dependency between CMMY and DMY/CI. Data on 67 Red Sindhi cows maintained at the College of Agriculture, Pune, India, covering a period of 37 years was utilized for this investigation.
