Samples of skeletal muscle were obtained from commercially caught salmon in 1986-90. Pink salmon were typed electrophoretically for polymorphisms of 5 enzymes, chum salmon for 6 enzymes, and sockeye salmon for 3 enzymes. Allele frequencies for enzyme types are tabulated. There were some significant differences in frequencies among years. Migration from other rivers was the predominant factor affecting allele frequencies.
