Global climate change in Asia: the politics of public policy-making and science agenda setting



TISGLOW 6(1): 5-17



This paper deals with two important dimensions of global environmental change: the politics of the public policy process and the early formation of the scientific agenda in the developing countries of Asia. The importance of Asia in global environmental change scenarios is followed by an explanation of the political context of the global climate change policy arena.
