Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS): experimental studies on the effects of infection on the immune response and resistance to Aujeszky virus and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae infections

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS): experimental studies on the effects of infection on the immune response and resistance to Aujeszky virus and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae infections

Khoa Hoc Ky Thuat Thu Y 2(2): 18-39

Some of 62 pigs of 6-8 weeks of age were infected experimentally with PRRS virus and then 2 weeks later vaccinated with the recombinant gB(gII) and gC(gIII) proteins of Aujeszky virus or infected with Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae; 8 weeks after vaccination they were challenged with a pathogenic Aujeszky virus.
