The Nutri Expert telematic system for diet self-monitoring

Nutri-Expert is a system for diet self-monitoring and nutritional education to which patients have direct access from their homes via Minitel. It is complementary to the information given by the medical team. Education is based mainly on personalised advice on meal composition which allows patients to monitor their own diet in the same way as diabetic patients monitor their blood sugar.
