Correlation and path analysis in sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench)



Annals of Agricultural Research 18(3): 309-312



Genotypic correlation coefficient and path coefficient analyses carried out in 65 sorghum genotypes showed that the grain yield was significantly and positively correlated with panicle weight, panicle length and dry fodder yield. Plant height also had a positive, significant association with grain yield at the genotypic level.
