Development of premunition in malaria holo- and meso-endemic areas at Dielmo and Ndiop, Senegal: preliminary results, 1990-1994

Serological and epidemiological surveys were carried out in 2 villages in Senegal and data are presented on the prevalence of Plasmodium falciparum malaria in different age groups, the acquisition of immunity by the populations, and the rate and risk of reinfection.
