Effect of concentration of formaldehyde and storage temperature of treated casing mixture on casing mixture mycoflora and yield of Agaricus bisporus

Casing mixture (farmyard manure + garden soil) treated with 1 or 2% formaldehyde and stored at 5-15, 14-19, 25 or 30 degrees C for 15 days was compared with steam-pasteurized casing mixture with respect to mesophilic mycoflora and yield of button mushrooms.
