Effect of cutting intervals on the forage yield and quality of some tropical grasses at a midhill of Sikkim

In a field trial in 1990-92 at Tadong, Sikkim at 1300 m above sea level the forage and CP yields and nutritive value were studied in bajra x napier hybrid BM 82048, napier x bajra hybrid NB 21, Panicum maximum Makueni and PGG 1, Setaria sphacelata and Paspalum dilatatum, each cut at 20, 40 or 60-d intervals.
