How much physical activity is enough?

Journal of Physical Education, Recreation and Dance 67(4): 33-37

A number of issues are addressed in this paper, including: recommendations concerning how much physical activity is enough to promote healthy living; a definition of moderate-intensity physical education in this recommendation; whether there is a precise way to quantify the amount of activity necessary to meet this recommendation; the basis on which these recommendations are made; and the agencies responsible for establishing this new recommendation.
