Identification of different wheat genotypes through polymorphism based on random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)

, : Identification of different wheat genotypes through polymorphism based on random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Pakistan Journal of Botany 26(2): 373-382

The polymerase chain reaction technique was used to detect polymorphism in 10 salt-tolerant wheat introgression lines produced by wide hybridization, 2 bread wheat cultivars, a durum wheat cultivar and a salt-tolerant accession of Aegilops cylindrica (the source of salt tolerance for the wheat introgression lines).
