Identification of gliadin blocks on SDS electrophoregrams using lines near-isogenic for gliadin loci
A set of near-isogenic lines bred by backcrossing the bread wheat Bezostaya 1 with 22 donors of different gliadin (Gli) alleles was analysed. Some gliadin blocks were identified and a catalogue of allelic variants of gliadin loci in the first homoeologous group was compiled.
