, : Identification of mycorrhizas in Aleppo pine forests in the Sistema Iberico, Spain. Preliminary results. Cahiers Options Mediterraneennes 20: 43-50

Soil samples from two sites (Teruel, a Calciorthid soil type, and Castellon, a Xerochrept soil) in Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis) stands (aged, respectively, 50- and 70-yr-old) were analysed for soil chemical characteristics, and ectomycorrhizal populations were evaluated. Greenhouse bioassays were also carried out, to test for inoculum potential.
