Identification of new potyviruses in Zantedeschia
Zantedeschia plants with mosaic and necrotic ringspots or light mosaic were found in greenhouses in Bulgaria. Leaf samples from plants with the 2 groups of symptoms were tested using indicator plants but the symptoms were not reproduced. DAS-ELISA with antibodies for dasheen mosaic potyvirus, cucumber mosaic cucumovirus and tomato spotted wilt tospovirus was negative.
