Identification of the species of meat of Korean cattle, deer, sheep and goats using random amplified polymorphic DNAs

Korean Journal of Animal Science 38(3): 231-238
Identification of the species of meat of Korean cattle, deer, sheep and goats using random amplified polymorphic DNAs
Genomic DNA from meat of the different species was amplified by the polymerase chain reaction using various primers of arbitrary sequence, and electrophoretic profiles were established.
