The influence of shelling and enzyme supplementation (fermentation product of P. janthinellum (Penicillium janthinellum) with mainly carbohydrase activities) on digestibility and content of apparent ME (AMEn) of peas (Pisum sativum) was estimated in a balance trail with male broiler chickens.
