Ninety-two samples of the Cannabis sativa collection were planted in isolated plots at the Kuban', Ekaterinino and Pavlovsk Experiment Stations of the VIR in Russia and the Ustimovka Experiment Station in the Ukraine in 1995 with the purpose of reproduction and maintenance of their viability.
