, : Maize cultivars for the state of Espirito Santo. Revista Ceres 43(246): 186-199

A total of 25 early and midseason cultivars was tested in 10 environments, 6 with and 4 without irrigation, in Espirito Santo, Brazil, during 1990-92. Mean rainfed grain yields for the midseason and early types were 5.56 and 5.92 t/ha, respectively, although increases of 34.6 and 50.1%, respectively, were obtained with irrigation.
