, : Malaria in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, during the period 1980-1992. Cadernos de Saude Publica 11(4): 621-623

An archive of epidemiological data was established to show the number of notified cases of malaria in Minas Gerais State, Brazil, between 1980 and 1992 and to link these cases with the origin, age, sex and profession of the patient, the aetiological agent, previous history of malaria, hospitalization, mortality, cure rate and time of year. The incidence of malaria in the state is relatively low and ranged from 0.08 to 0.27% during the period of study.
