Mycotoxins produced by Bipolaris sorokiniana and Drechslera dictyoides isolates in vitro

Mycotoxins produced by Bipolaris sorokiniana and Drechslera dictyoides isolates in vitro

Genetica Polonica 35A: 95-100

Investigations were carried out to determine the ability of B. sorokiniana and D. dictyoides (Pyrenophora dictyoides) isolates to produce mycotoxins in vitro from the group of polyhydroxyanthranquinones. Four examined isolates of C. sativus produced cynodontin in the quantities from 41 to 8151 micro g per 1 g of mycelium d.m. Moreover, 2 isolates of this species produced helminthosporin from a trace amount to 136 micro g per 1 g of mycelium d.m.
