, : PCR and the Queen of Sheba. NUCIS Newsletter ( 4): 15-16

Genetic relationships among 6 male and 9 female cultivars of pistachio (Pistacia vera) from Azerbaijan, Greece, Iran, Italy, Syria, Tunisia and the USA were determined using cluster analysis of RAPD data. Two clusters were clearly differentiated, one covering the Mediterranean region and the other western Asia.
