Regeneration, multiplication and acclimatization of some ornamental plants obtained by in vitro culture



Cercetari Agronomice in Moldova 29(1/2): 219-224



Sterilized explants of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus), Gerbera and Saintpaulia were used for regeneration, multiplication and rooting in various types of media (details of composition tabulated). The best types of explant and the optimum media were determined.
