Reproductive performance of dairy herds infected with Leptospira interrogans serovar hardjo relative to the year of diagnosis

To assess the impact of L. interrogans serovar hardjo infection on the reproductive performance of 9 dairy herds with evidence of infection, 40 years' fertility data were analysed relative to the year of first diagnosis. 50% of various fertility variables had their lowest values only in the year of diagnosis.
