Selection and genetic analysis of fenvalerate resistance in Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus (Acari: Phytoseiidae)



Systematic and Applied Acarology 1: 5-10



A fenvalerate-resistant strain of Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus was selected and evaluated for level of resistance. After 18 selection cycles, the LC50 was 65 times higher than in a wild-type strain. Resistance was partially lost if the selection pressure was removed.
